Would the administrators above the principal/associate superintendent level who are not directly involved with students consider some kind of salary freeze or decrease to help the budget next year? This would allow more of the budget dollars to be focused on services/staff that directly help our students.

I know that other superintendents, such as Troy superintendent Fadhilika Atiba-Weza, have voluntarily given up pay raises. If a few administrators did that, we could fund a strings teacher or librarian.
